Our challenge was to create an online real estate sales tool for the Scott Hollinger Team and allow them to secure a bigger slice of the high-end Northwest Montana waterfront market and serve sellers better.
Tsunami Marketing captured the Scott Hollinger Team winning formula with a design that sets the stage for Scott to be your "Montana real estate guide." A dynamic map, enhanced listings, and shopping cart functionality to make the user experience easy when it comes to locating and researching their properties of choice. We also integrated MLS listings across the area with enhanced Scott Hollinger listings for the best inventory with the best individual presentation in the state.
The result is a web site that wins awards and sells waterfront Montana real estate -- creating daily online leads with documented property sales directly generated from the Internet year after year.
