Smith's Fern Grotto and Luau :: A Family of Visitor Experiences
Smith's Motor Boat Company is really the original Kauai activity. Founded over 60 years ago with a small rowboat and a borrowed outboard motor.
In 2003 Smith's Motor Boat Company decided to launch a new marketing initiative which would set their visitor based businesses up for success into the next decade. They partnered with Tsunami Marketing and the results have been fantastic.
To achieve their marketing goals, Tsunami created a new brand and visual identity to represent the Smith's family of products -- Fern Grotto Cruise, Smith's Family Garden Luau and Smith's Tropical Paradise botanical garden. We targeted visitors with a high-impact campaign which featured print ads, rack brochures, on-site signage, and a great web site.
Tsunami's work for the Smith's Family has resulted in record shattering revenue and they are well positioned for the future.
